Team 4 has reached Camp 3 (14,200ft). They had perfect weather to move from a long stay at Camp 2 (11,200ft) and are now acclimatizing, resting, and enjoying excellent high altitude kitchen meals. They will plan to cache above the fixed lines tomorrow and keep a close eye on the weather forecast.

How's the view, guys? Adrian, the Zidane rumours aren't true. Sorry mate. However, Palace are favourites to sign Livermore and Wilshere so that's good news. Zaha is staying. And England played really well against Nigeria to win 2-1. Can't wait to catch some of the World Cup with you when you're back and hear the stories of the summit so get your arse up there!
